A leadership team with over fifty combined years of experience in the Insurance Industry...

Bill Tedrick joined NxTech as Co–founder and CEO. Tedrick has spent more than thirty years working in the software industry; focusing on Insurance automation, processing, and interface. Early in his career, he founded BWC Systems to focus on agency automation: upload and download. BWC Systems became the standard for agency company interface technology and was ultimately purchased by IVANS, Inc. Tedrick joined IVANS as a Vice President, and continued to add his expertise to reshape and redirect IVANS to handle the challenges within the insurance industry and help transition IVANS to be more than just a value added network provider. After five years at IVANS, he decided to refocus his efforts back into the software business, starting NxTech, Incorporated. Tedrick has been a strong supporter of ACORD and industry standards and has extensive experience with industry interface issues throughout North America.

Thad Bauer joined NxTech as Co–founder and President. Bauer has spent twenty years supporting the Insurance industry working with insurers to improve workflows and processes. Prior to starting NxTech, he spent nine years with BWC Systems and IVANS, Inc. His tenure included leading a sales force within IVANS covering both public and private network connectivity through AT&T's suite of offerings. Before filling that role, he was in charge of Products and Implementation for BWC Systems and IVANS E–Commerce Division. Bauer started his career at Great American Insurance, working there for almost six years, initially working as a programmer/analyst, but ultimately moving into the agency interface department. He has worked with over 300 insurance carriers throughout North America during his career. Bauer holds a Bachelor of Science from Miami University located in Oxford, Ohio.
