• The Real Time solution process giving the agent the ability to agent has options to use their management system for interfacing with the carrier's rules & rating and receive a fully bindable quote response – including a link back to carrier's rating to adjust or submit the application.

Real Time Rating through Comparative Raters

• The Real Time solution where the agent starts the quote process in the comparative rater and NxTech software interfaces that data into the carrier system for completion of the rating process providing the quote. Process follows Real Time rating process defined above.

• The solution where the carrier updates daily client transaction detail and sends it through a secure transport mechanism for agency loading directly into a management system. NxTech software creates an extract file from a carrier's policy system or receives & processes an existing extract. Data is formatted to ACORD AL3, adjusted for vendor differences, processed per agent, and set for communications.

Real Time Quick-Quote through agency vendor systems

• The Real Time solution where agent submits data through their management system, focusing on a quick rating response and access to carrier's rating system to adjust the quote or finish the submit-issue process, if eligible.

Real Time First Notice of Loss upload from agency vendor systems

• The Real Time solution where the agent uploads one of four First Notice of Loss reports to the carrier electronically, NxTech software processes incoming request, loads to appropriate systems, generates a response showing optional carrier data such as receipt confirmation, Claim Number, Claims Adjuster Assignment and other detail.

Interface with Third Party information providers

• The process where NxTech software accesses third party data relating to the client (MVR, Credit Score, C.L.U.E.® Reporting, Geocoding information, VIN verification, etc.) as part of another Real Time agent requested transaction process such as rating.

System to System Data Migration Bridging

• The solution of using NxTech software to seamlessly migrate data from carrier's legacy policy administration system to their latest system, either on request – one policy at a time, or through batch processing a bulk load of policies at a time.

Book of Business Transfer Management

• The solution where the carrier electronically transfers a book of business from an agent's management system into a database for underwriting, pricing, analytic and general acceptability review. Additional capabilities include electronic loading of application data into carrier's policy administration system.
