      Rex Fledderjohn, CPCU joins the NxTech team as Director of Sales. Over his 23 year career in the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry, Fledderjohn led teams as a Personal and Commercial Lines Underwriting Manager, Personal Auto and Personal Umbrella Product Manager, Sales and Independent Agency Manager, Treaty Reinsurance liaison, and Project/Business Process Manager. He holds Insurance industry designations including Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI), and the INS General Insurance Certificate from AICPCU. Fledderjohn earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Cincinnati and MBA from Thomas More College.
